Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the item page. Allow 7-10 days from ship date. Please allow an extra 7-10 days for international shipments.
Our shipping prices are simple:
$15.00 order and under ---- $ 4.95
$15.01 - $50.00 ---- $ 5.95
$50.01 - $75.00 ---- $ 6.95
$75.01 - $99.99 ---- $ 8.95
$100.00 - $199.99 ---- $10.95
$200.00 - up ---- $12.95
Canadian Orders add $3.00 to the US shipping rates. Please choose Global Priority Mail (Canada Only) at check out.
Outside US & Canada Add $14.00 Allow 14-16 Business days (not including weekends) for international shipments. Please Choose Global Priority / Air Mail (Outside US & Canada) at check out.
All items, except custom orders, can be returned within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Defective merchandise will receive a full credit, all other returns will be charged the shipping and handling charge. Returns sent after 10 days will receive a store credit (less shipping). Please email us before returns are sent as we DO NOT accept returns without an RMA # on the return box.
Local Suffolk County New York State sales tax will be added to all orders deriving from or shipping to New York.
